  • Distributions | 12% Preferred return

  • Target IRR | 12%

  • Target Equity Multiple | 1.60x

Class B Shares

  • Limited Partner - Class B

  • Min Investment | $100,000

  • Distributions | 10% Preferred return + Equity Upside

  • Target IRR | 15-17%

  • Target Equity Multiple | 2.02x
